DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Stephen Mullarkey, 51, Delray Beach, Fla., passed away at home Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009, from a long fought battle with cancer.

Mr. Mullarkey lived in Bettendorf, Iowa, and was employed as president of BT Prime Mover, in Muscatine from 1990-96.  He loved the people of Iowa and was an annual visitor to the Davenport Blues Fest.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Mullarkey and a sister Annemarie, in England; a brother, Philip Mullarkey in Australia.  He will be dearly missed by his close friends, Katie Igler, formerly of Muscatine, and Brian and Dana Ivers, formerly of Bettendorf, as well as, many friends around the world.
