SEARCY, Ark. – Mildred M. “Millie” Blaesing, 84, formerly of Muscatine, died Saturday, July 11, 2009, at the White County Medical Center in Searcy, Ark.
The Rev. Teressa Clark of the Faith United Church of Christ will officiate the service.
Casketbearers will be Kevin Blaesing, Greg Blaesing, Barry Blaesing, Brian Larue, Jack Larue, Nolan Larue.
Private burial will be at Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Faith United Church of Christ, Muscatine.

Mrs. Blaesing was born June 21, 1925, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Wilbur E. and Gladys Mae Phillips Warren. She married Marvin J. “Mike” Blaesing Nov. 1, 1951, in Davenport, Iowa. He preceded her in death on April 8, 1991.
She owned and operated Millie’s Beauty Shop.
She was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ in Muscatine.
Survivors include a son, Mike Blaesing of Muscatine; four grandchildren, Kevin Blaesing, Greg Blaesing and wife, Sally, Barry Blaesing, Lisa Larue and husband, Brian, and a special granddaughter, Christy Long; several great-grandchildren; a brother, Philip Warren of Owensboro, Ky.; a sister, Evelyn Harms of Bradford, Ark.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, William T. Davis Jr., and a brother.
