Muscatine hires New Hampshire man as next city administrator

MUSCATINE, Iowa —Gregg Mandsager, 39, of Lebanon, N.H., has been named city administrator in Muscatine, city officials said this morning.
He has been city manager in Lebanon, N.H.
He and his wife, Anna, have four children: Taylor, 14; Michael, 12; Caitlin, 10; and Ryan, 6.
Mandsager, who is expected to begin his new job next month, will succeed A.J. Johnson, who left in June after 19 years.
