MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Iowa Department of Transportation was expected to reopen all four lanes of Interstate 80 at 4 p.m. today in eastern Iowa.
The road had been closed due to flooding of the Cedar River near milepost 266, west of the Iowa 38 interchange.
