Muscatine High School senior Kenny Barrios was named Mr. Muscatine during Friday’s 4th annual Mr. Muscatine Pageant in the auditorium at the high school. The six senior contestants were judged on talent, dance, and interview and community service. Students brought food or made a cash donation for the Student Council Food Drive.
