MHS events rained out

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Inclement weather struck again Thursday night, causing the postponement of Muscatine High School athletic events.
Wiped out were the Muskie varsity baseball and sophomore softball games against Bettendorf scheduled for Muscatine, along with the varsity softball and sophomore baseball doubleheaders in Bettendorf.
All four of the twin bills have been rescheduled for Thursday, June 19.
Other reported postponements were games involving West Liberty High School – a baseball doubleheader at Mid-Prairie and a home softball JV-varsity doubleheader.
The baseball games have been rescheduled for tonight, while no date for the softball games have been determined.
