GRANDVIEW, Iowa — Angela Kay Hepker Newton, 53, of Grand-view, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, at Unity Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Angela K. Newton Memorial Fund in care of Melissa Plowman, 2811 Fairhaven St., Muscatine, IA, 52761.

Ms. Newton was born March 12, 1954, in Muscatine, the daughter of Lysle Richard and Dorothy Vean Hill Hepker.

She enjoyed doing needlepoint and drawing. She had a special walk with Jesus.

Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Plowman of Muscatine; eight grandchildren; a brother, Bill Hepker of Muscatine; two sisters, Pamela Krueger of Letts and Joleen Russell of Fruitland; many nieces and nephews; her special Kory; and special friend, Jeff Orr.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her maternal and paternal grandparents; a daughter, Samantha Ricketts; and a brother, Larry Joe Hill.
