MUSCATINE, Iowa — Sharon K. Hutchison, 69, of Muscatine, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, at the Muscatine Care Center.

The Jeffrey S. Nichols Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hutchison was born Oct. 12, 1937, in Wyman, Iowa, the daughter of Benjamin Harrison and Helen Hunter Gipple.

She was a 1956 graduate of Columbus Junction High School and earned her licensed practical nursing degree from St. Luke’s in Cedar Rapids.

She married Dallas Hutchison Dec. 31, 1960, in Muscatine.

She was employed as an L.P.N. at Lutheran Homes and Carrington Place and most recently, provided private care nursing.

She enjoyed reading, watching television and going on car rides.

She is survived by her husband; and two sisters-in-law, Mona Manatt and Pauline Wiley, both of Muscatine.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; a sister; and an infant son, Mike, in 1968.
